Trust

Trust, spelled out

How Wavn treats your work, your material and your attention. Not a badge wall — the actual rules, and where each one is enforced.

The principles behind all four

  • Consent by placement. Wavn reads your material only where you put it. The move into a project is the yes; the move out is the no.
  • Least access, enforced upstream. Where Wavn connects to another service, it asks that service for the minimum — availability instead of event contents — so the limit is enforced by the platform, not by our good intentions.
  • Named costs. When switching something off has a consequence, Wavn names it in words you can picture, before you switch.
  • Honest failure. A thing that could not be read is drawn as unknown. A job that failed says so. A promise that cannot be kept is not made.
