Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Wavn does real work on your behalf, which means it can be pointed at bad work as well as good. This policy draws the line. It is part of the Terms of Service.

You may not use Wavn to:

  • Break the law — or help anyone else break it, in any jurisdiction that applies to you.
  • Harm people. No harassment, threats, exploitation, or content that abuses or endangers anyone — with absolute zero tolerance where children are concerned.
  • Deceive. No fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation of people or organizations, or building material designed to mislead the person who receives it. The mail door verifies senders for exactly this reason; do not use Wavn to become the thing it filters out.
  • Violate others' rights. Only put material in front of Wavn that you have the right to use. No infringing others' intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality.
  • Attack systems. No malware, no unauthorized access attempts, no probing or disrupting Wavn or anyone else's services. Security research on Wavn itself goes through the security page, against your own account and data only.
  • Abuse the service. No reselling access without agreement, no circumventing account or usage limits, no automated scraping of the service, and no attempting to make Wavn violate its own rules.

Professional-judgment work

Wavn drafts, computes, researches and assembles. It does not replace the licensed judgment of a lawyer, accountant, doctor or other professional — and output used in those settings is used under the supervising professional's responsibility.

Enforcement

Violations can lead to suspension or termination under the Terms of Service. Where the line is genuinely unclear, we will say what we saw and why it worried us, and give you the chance to explain — the same honesty the product owes you, owed back.

Reporting misuse

If you believe Wavn is being used against this policy, tell us through the support page or at report@wavn.app.
