Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of Wavn — the product at my.wavn.app and this website. By creating an account or using Wavn, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed; they are short on purpose.
1. The service
Wavn is a working partner: software that takes your instructions and produces work — files, documents, research, schedule items and similar output. During the current private testing phase, access is by invitation and the service is provided so that it can be tested against real work. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn as the product develops.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Wavn on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes it.
3. Your content
Your material stays yours. The files you attach, the material you place in projects, and the instructions you give remain your property. You grant Wavn the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf — to read the material you have placed, to produce the work you have asked for, and to store the results for you. Wavn reads your material only where you have put it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The output is yours too. Work Wavn produces for you — the spreadsheets, documents, decks and other files — belongs to you, to the extent the law allows ownership of it.
You are responsible for the material you provide: you must have the right to use it and to ask Wavn to work on it.
4. Acceptable use
Use of Wavn is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. AI output and your judgment
Wavn checks its work before delivering it, and it never claims work it did not do — but it can still make mistakes, and it tells you so under every chat box. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing work before you rely on it, and Wavn's output is not professional advice — legal, financial, medical or otherwise.
6. Availability
During the testing phase, Wavn is provided "as is" and "as available," without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. We work honestly on reliability, and the release notes record the pace, but this is a product being finished and we will not pretend otherwise.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Wavn and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required to protect the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavn and those who work on it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. To the same maximum extent, Wavn's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose — which, during a free testing phase, may be zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect — in the product or by mail to your account address — and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use Wavn after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

Plain-language summaries appear throughout this site, but where a summary and this page disagree, this page governs — and where this page and the law disagree, the law governs.
