Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Wavn collects, what it reads, and what it never touches. It is written the way Wavn speaks: plainly, and without a claim we cannot keep.
1. What we collect
- Account information. Your email address and sign-in credentials, used to operate your account.
- Your content. The chats you write, the material you attach or place in projects, the schedule items you create, the mail that arrives at your Wavn address from senders you have allowed, and the files Wavn builds for you. This is the product working, and it is stored so your work is there when you come back.
- Operational records. Records of jobs run — timings, outcomes, whether a delivered file was opened — used to operate, debug and honestly improve the service.
2. What we read, and under whose consent
Placement is consent. Wavn reads your material only inside the project you put it in. Moving material or a chat into a project is how you say yes; moving it out is how you take that back. Wavn does not read material you have not put in front of it.
Connections take the minimum. Where Wavn connects to another service, it asks that service for the least it needs. For a private calendar, that is your availability only — your event titles are never received by Wavn at all, so they cannot be stored or exposed by us.
Private means private. A connection marked as yours cannot be read by anyone else on your account, including whoever administers it.
3. What we do with it
- Operate the service: run your jobs, store your work, keep your schedule, handle your mail door.
- Secure the service: verify senders, protect accounts, investigate abuse.
- Improve the service: understand which jobs succeed and fail, using operational records.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your private material to advertise to you, and we do not show advertising at all.
4. Service providers
Wavn runs on infrastructure and processing services engaged under contract. They process data only to provide their service to Wavn, and Wavn remains accountable to you for what happens to your data — one product, one party responsible. Wavn deliberately does not publish its vendor list (the reasoning is on the architecture page); what does not change with the vendors is this policy.
5. Retention and deletion
Your content is kept while your account is active, so your work is there when you return. Deleting a chat deletes its messages and attachments, and the confirmation you see before deleting states exactly what goes and what stays — computed from the real data, not from a template. When you close your account, your content is deleted from live systems within a reasonable period, allowing for backups that expire on schedule.
6. Your rights
You can access your work in the product at any time, export the files Wavn has built for you, delete chats, remove material from projects, and close your account. Where your local law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion or portability, we honor them — write through the support page and a real person will handle it.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
